| Growth Timeline for White Widow Plant
The amount of time it takes to grow a white widow plant is relatively the same as it would with most other marijuana strains. Once the marijuana seeds are sprouted and they are beginning growth the vegetative phase will last for around two to four weeks. If you are using a hydroponic setup then the vegetative phase should only last two weeks.
Flowering Phase
The vegetative phase doesn’t take up too much time but the flowering phase will. The amount of time your white widow plants stay in the flowering phase will vary depending on many controllable and uncontrollable factors. Generally the flowering stage will take around eight to ten weeks.
Ideally your white widow plants will be exposed to twelve hours of light every day. This will be a drastic decrease from the vegetative stage as your white widow plants can’t flower as easy with so much light on them. After eight weeks your white widow plants will probably already be ready for harvest. If you wait another two weeks there is a good chance you will accumulate a lot of crystals on your white widow plants. The last two weeks of the flowering phase should either be with no light at all or no more than eight hours of light a day.
