| White Widow Growing Guide – Preparing Your Seeds
The method of planting your marijuana seeds will vary depending on how you are growing the white widow plants. If you’re growing them outside you will just have to prepare the area and plant your sprouted seeds. With indoor growing you may or may not be planting them depending on whether you are using fertilizer or not.
Sprouting Seeds
It’s essential that you let your marijuana seeds sprout before you put them into your growing area. To do this you will have to dampen the white widow seeds and place them between multiple sheets of paper towel on a plate and place them in a dark area. You don’t want the white widow seeds to be exposed to any light at this time.
Within a day or two you should see most of them starting to sprout already. Within a few days you should have the cannabis seeds sprouted a quarter of an inch already. Once the seeds are at least sprouted a quarter of an inch they can be placed in the growing area. If some are not half an inch yet you can wait for those to be fully sprouted. Some seeds may not sprout.

The sprouting will be necessary and without the seeds sprouting a minimum of a quarter inch you could kill the growth. With outdoor growing it may not be as harmful but your success rate will decrease and on a bigger grow attempt it can be noticeable. The sprouts will have the appearance of a little white root.
